TNS PRESENTS AT THE UNIVERSITY OF UTAH BUSINESS & TECHNOLOGY ROUNDTABLE

Dave Norwood Leads a Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Seminar for Utah IT Leaders

Salt Lake City, Utah, January 26, 2006 - Trusted Network Solutions (TNS), a leading network infrastructure and security Value Added Reseller, today delivered a Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery seminar at the University of Utah Business & Technology Roundtable. Dave Norwood, President of TNS, also invited Jon Jensen of Foundry Networks to co-host the technical seminar and discussion.

“Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Planning are playing a critical role in both the public and private sectors” explained Dave Norwood. “Regulation and compliance issues have forced public companies, healthcare organizations, financial institutions, and government entities to redirect resources in the area of risk management. Terrorism, natural disasters, and our reliance on the untamed borders of the Internet have put all organizations at great economic risk. We explored these issues at today’s roundtable.”

The BC/DR discussion was also led by Jon Jensen. Jon Jensen is Regional Manager for Foundry Networks where he is focused on solutions for application availability and security. Jon has spent the past 5 years working with both Commercial and Government organizations formulating technical requirements and implementing solutions to ensure availability and security of their mission critical applications.
